Project Overview

The 2022 Akin Road Street Improvements project consists of surface rehabilitation of the existing street pavement including:

• Reclamation of the existing bituminous Between Elm St (CR 50) and 195^th St (CR 64)
  • Grinding up the existing pavement to gravel and repaving with a new bituminous surface
• Replacement of broken and deficient curb
• Drainage improvements
• ADA upgrades to existing pedestrian ramps crossing Akin Rd
