Project Overview<\/h2>\n

The City of Cottage Grove as part of its Pavement Management Program will be reconstructing streets in the Prestige Estates Neighborhood. At this time, pavement, curb and gutter has reached the end of its lifecycle<\/span> and is due for more major maintenance. Due to the nature of the construction, the project will be constructed in multiple phases to maximize access to residents throughout construction.<\/span><\/p>\n

Street construction is weather dependent; therefore, the schedule is subject to change. There will be ongoing communication providing project schedule updates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety is the highest priority of everyone involved in this project. While the contractor will do their best to provide warning signs, barricades, and observation within the project areas, we do ask that you remind children to stay clear of the construction site and equipment<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n
