City of Rochester Public Works Department<\/h4>\n

The City of Rochester believes that a proactive approach to increasing safety, reducing crashes, and reducing maintenance costs is to install a multi-lane roundabout at this intersection, and intends to move forward with such a project using Municipal State Aid funds. This letter provides justification for the 4th Street SE & 19th Avenue SE Intersection Improvements Project.<\/p>\n
