A temporary bituminous roadway was also constructed north of Crosstown Boulevard for use during Stage 1.<\/p><p align=\"left\">The Andover Clocktower Commons access near Chipotle and Primrose School remains closed. The Contractor anticipates reopening this access the week of June 22. Stage 1 is then expected to begin the week of June 22, but will not start until this access is fully reopened to traffic.<\/p><p align=\"left\">Stage 1 work includes constructing the south half of the roundabout along Crosstown Boulevard. Northbound and southbound traffic on Crosstown Boulevard will be maintained. All updates are weather dependent and construction progress dependent.<\/p><p>Over the past several weeks private underground utility work throughout the project area has been ongoing to prepare for the roundabout construction.<\/p><p>The week of June 8, the Contractor will begin roadway construction. Once work starts, the Andover Clocktower Commons access along Crosstown Boulevard, near Chipotle and the Primrose School, will be closed. Signed business access detours will direct drivers to reach the affected businesses.
