West Industrial Park
Project Overview
This is an exciting time of growth as the City of Aurora gears up for the development of the West Industrial Park. Our community is worth investing in and your feedback has helped shape the future of this area of city-owned land on the west side of the city.
This project includes the platting of city-owned land, road construction, utility upgrades, and construction of a spec building for future industrial development, job growth, and business diversification.
This project is made possible, in part, by funding from the Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board (IRRRB).
Project Timeline
2024-2025 – Spec Building Construction
2025 – Utility, storm pond, and road construction
A public open house will be scheduled at project completion in Spring 2026

- Final lift of pavement to be completed in Spring 2026
