The contractor will continue with punchlist items in Spring 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fall 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The contractor will line the sanitary sewer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>July 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The contractor will begin work on the sanitary sewer, followed by the reconstruction of the alley pavement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>January 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project funding has been allocated in the 2025 budget and construction is anticipated for summer of 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>December 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Received $200,000 Infrastructure grant from the Iron Range Resource &amp;
