The City of Aurora is in the process of upgrading the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The project is anticipated to begin in Fall of 2024. Check back here for updates as they become available.

Project Updates

October 17, 2024

  • This project is a construction manager at risk project.  We anticipate the guaranteed maximum price to be set within the next month or two with bidding of the project in late 2024 or early 2025.
  • Construction on the improvements would start in spring of 2025 with final completion expected the end of 2026.
