Project Overview
The general contractor for the 2025 Pavement Management Project is McNamara Contracting. Construction is anticipated to begin in the Spring of 2025 with completion in Fall of 2025. This project includes the rehabilitation of the Hidden Valley neighborhood.
Street construction is weather dependent, therefore the schedule is subject to change. There will be ongoing communication providing project schedule updates.
Safety is the highest priority of everyone involved in this project. While the contractor will do their best to provide warning signs, barricades, and observation within the project areas, we do ask that you remind children to stay clear of the construction site and equipment.
Project Updates

Phase 1:
Work completed in the week of June 23:
- Milling bituminous
- Mixing and reshaping the aggregate base
Anticipated work for the week of June 30:
- Mixing and reshaping the aggregate base
Phase 2:
Work completed in the week of June 23:
- Finish removals on curb and driveways
- Starting spot utility repairs
- Pouring concrete curb
- Pouring concrete hydrant pads
Anticipated work for the week of June 30:
- Pouring the rest of the concrete curb
- Pouring the rest of the concrete hydrant pads
- Pouring the concrete bases for mailboxes
- Pouring concrete driveways

Type of Construction
The project involves the removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement, spot curb replacement, and trail resurfacing. Minor utility repairs will be performed as needed on watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and streetlights. Improvements will be made to Hidden Valley Park by adding a patio and small sports court.
