12th Avenue East Improvements
Overview
From May to October 2025, work will take place along 12th Avenue East to install new water main, hydrants, water services, and repair pavement. This project is part of Hibbing Public Utilities’ Capital Watermain Improvement Plan and an ongoing effort to improve the current water main system.
