Together, these updates will improve system function and strengthen long-term infrastructure serving the Okoboji and Orleans area.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Project Goals<\/h2><ul><li>The project will relocate an existing manhole and extend the 8-inch sanitary sewer main to improve service reliability and capacity in the South Templar Park area.<\/li><li>The improvements will upgrade infrastructure serving the South Templar Park Homeowner\u2019s Association while supporting regulatory compliance and future growth.<\/li><li>The project will move through design, permitting, bidding, construction, and closeout within the approved schedule and budget.<\/li><li>Project partners will coordinate with private stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and contractors to keep the work aligned throughout the project.<\/li><\/ul><div><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2>Project Schedule<\/h2><p>June 2026: Construction begins<\/p><p>September 2026: Substantial completion<\/p><p>October 2026: Construction
