Elevator CO-OP Site Overview
The Rushford EDA and City Council has submitted an offer to purchase the former Elevator/Coop property in downtown. IF the property is purchased, the EDA and City may be looking into different alternatives for reuse of the site. All alternatives and decisions would be made through a public engagement process with the overall goals of determining and highest and best use for the site to improve community appeal and revitalize the downtown.
