This project will replace aging infrastructure and improve the roadway and city utilities.<\/p><p>This project will:<\/p><ul><li>Fully reconstruct roadways in the project area<ul><li>New bituminous pavement surface, width will be similar to existing conditions.<\/li><li>Replace concrete sidewalks in the project area and add new crossings<ul><li>Sidewalk will be on south\/east side of Adams Blvd and north side of Arthur Circle<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Replace concrete curb and gutter to improve drainage control<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Replace storm sewer system to improve drainage throughout project area<\/li><li>Replace watermain and sanitary sewer systems<ul><li>Includes service laterals to the public right of way\u00a0<\/li><li>New pressure reducing station<\/li><li>New water transmission line
