Please note that this schedule and the progression of phases is approximate. These time frames will vary<\/strong> due to a multitude of factors, which may include reasons such as weather, material deliveries, soil conditions, and number of crews. This schedule will be updated as more information becomes available.<\/p>\n

  • Concrete Preparation<\/strong> – Ongoing<\/li>\n
  • Concrete Work<\/strong> – Start the week of June 9th
    \n– Duration: 3-4 weeks<\/li>\n
  • Gravel Work Adjacent to Concrete<\/strong> – Start week of June 16th
    \n– Ongoing as concrete cures<\/li>\n
  • Start Asphalt Preparation and Paving<\/strong>
    \n– Contractor may use gravel excavated from the street areas to level and fix alleys at this time. Start the week of July 7th.
    \n– Expect road closures in street areas.<\/li>\n
  • Final Lawn Turf Establishment<\/strong>
    \n– Add and level topsoil
    \n– Condition soil
    \n– Place seed & fertilizer
    \n– Spray hydromulch Mid July-Mid August 31st
    \n– Optimum seeding window is in August<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
