Seed Care:  All seeding completed after October 1 should be considered dormant seeding. Due to the colder weather and decreasing ground temperatures, we recommend that residents refrain from watering the newly seeded areas until spring. Once temperatures are consistently above freezing in the spring, residents are advised to follow the Newly Seeded Lawn Maintenance Guide. Areas of the project that were seeded prior to October 1 should continue to complete routine lawn care.

Garbage & Recycling: The Contractor will be moving bins during pick up days to a centralized location for pick up. We ask that all residents label their garbage can with their house number by using a piece of tape and marker. Pick up times may vary during construction, and we ask that residents please bring bins to the end of your driveway the evening prior to pick up.

Garbage & Recycling: Residents should label their garbage & recycling bins with their house number by using a piece of tape and marker. Residents should bring bins to the end of their driveway the evening prior to pick-up to ensure that the bins are brought to the appropriate pick-up location by the contractor. The Contractor will move bins the morning of the scheduled garbage and recycling pick-up dates and return the bins in the evening.
