Project Updates – September 15, 2023

23rd Street SE Area Improvements:

Construction for the 23^rd Street SE Area Improvement project is nearing completion.  Please see below for the latest update.

All Phases

• September 15^th, 2023
  • The seeding contractor has reconditioned the soil and provided new seed in the areas disturbed with the project. There are a few areas that are planned to be touched up with the project.  After the lawns are seeded, it is the responsibility of the property owner to water and maintain these areas.  Please see the Newly Seeded Lawn Management guide to restore your lawn to its former beauty.
  • Construction signage will be removed from the project soon.
  • All major items of work have been completed with only punch list items remaining. If you are aware of any outstanding items that have not been addressed with the project, please bring it to our attention by contacting the project contact or City Engineer.
