20th Street SE & 2nd Avenue SE Improvement Project

Proposed Improvements

The City of Willmar is planning to improve the 29th Street SE and 2nd Avenue SE area in 2024. Design is currently underway, with construction anticipated to begin in May. Improvements include:

• Asphalt streets with concrete curb and gutter
• Concrete driveway aprons
• Sanitary sewer system
• Water main, hydrants and water services
• Storm sewer system
