20th Street SE & 2nd Avenue SE Improvement Project
Proposed Improvements
The City of Willmar is undertaking a construction project to improve the city streets and utilities on 20th Street SE. The project includes road construction, sanitary sewer improvements, water system improvements, and storm sewer improvements.
Project Schedule
- Mobilization of equipment, removals of existing pavement and temporary access points will be constructed the week of May 19th through May 30th, 2025
- Sanitary sewer to be constructed the week of June 2nd
- Watermain to be constructed the week of June 9th
- Storm sewer and street construction will follow
- Construction notices will be provided to residents throughout the project
- Construction will be substantially complete by fall 2025
