Proposed Improvements

The City of Willmar is planning to improve Industrial Drive SW and Trott Avenue SE in 2026. Design is currently underway, with construction anticipated to begin in May. Improvements include:

• Asphalt surfacing
• Concrete curb and gutter spot repair

Project Schedule

• Open house October 1^st, 2025
• Public hearing October 6^th, 2025
• Contractor will be selected in April 2026
• Construction from May to October 2026
• Final assessment hearing in August 2026
