Proposed Improvements
The City of Willmar is planning to reconstruct Thompson Parking Lot and Ella Avenue Path. Construction is anticipated to begin May 2024.
Project Update – April 29, 2025
Construction for the Thompson Park Parking Lot and Ella Avenue Path Improvement Project is nearing completion. Additional seeding and the removal of erosion control measures will be completed in spring 2025.
