Design efforts are currently underway. The scope of improvements includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asphalt resurfacing<\/li>\n<li>Spot repairs to concrete curb and gutter<\/li>\n<li>Targeted storm sewer repairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;15px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1752676912153{border-top-width: 20px !important;border-right-width: 2px !important;border-bottom-width: 20px !important;border-left-width: 20px !important;padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;background-color: #ffffff !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Construction Method<\/h3>\n<p>The project will utilize a\u00a0Full Depth Reclamation (FDR)\u00a0process. This involves grinding the existing asphalt pavement and aggregate base to create a recycled material known as \u201creclaim.\u201d A portion of the subgrade will be excavated to accommodate a thicker aggregate base. The reclaimed material will be reused and capped with new aggregate base, which will be shaped, compacted, and paved with new bituminous surfacing.<\/p>\n<p>The contractor\u2019s general construction sequence is outlined in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/clients.bolton-menk.com\/willmar2022\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/190\/2025\/06\/2025-06-23_133493_Construction-Newsletter-1.pdf\">construction newsletter<\/a>.
