Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to conduct necessary street and utility improvements in the area south and west of Lake Fremont

Proposed Improvements

• Removal of the existing pavement.
• Removal of boulevard trees which interfere with the construction.
• Replacement of watermain, water services and curb stop.
• Construction of storm sewer to improve drainage.
• Rehabilitation of portions of the sanitary sewer main and manholes.
• Replacement of a sanitary sewer forcemain.
• Grading and construction of a new aggregate base roadbed.
• Construction of surmountable style concrete curb and gutter.
• Construction of a bituminous paved street.
• Replacement of driveways up to the right-of-way.
• Replacement of mailbox posts.
• Restoration and seeding of the boulevards.
