Project Engagement Schedule

The City of Rochester has recently partnered with a consulting firm, Bolton & Menk, to complete the final design for a roundabout at the intersection of 4th Street SE & 19th Avenue SE. Before entering into a contract for the design of the project, Olmsted County studied the intersection as part of the CSAH 9 Project. As a result of recommendations from the Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) Report that was published as part of this study, the City of Rochester is now ready to move into the final design stage of the roundabout.
