Project Overview
The general contractor for the 2026 Pavement Management Project is McNamara Contracting. Construction is anticipated to begin in the Spring of 2026 with completion in Fall of 2026.
Safety is the highest priority of everyone involved in this project. While the contractor will do their best to provide warning signs, barricades, and observation within the project areas, we do ask that you remind children to stay clear of the construction site and equipment.

Type of Construction
The project involves the removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement and full replacement of concrete curb and gutter. Minor utility repairs will be performed as needed on watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer. The sanitary sewer along Ironwood Avenue south of 88th Street will be repaired through trenchless lining. The streetlight conduits and wiring will also be updated during the project.
