County Road 45 Roundabout Project

Overview

This summer, Sherburne County plans to install a roundabout at the County Road 45 and 125th Street/9th Avenue Circle intersection. Reconstruction of the intersection will improve safety, minimize driver delay, provide a more safe pedestrian/bicycle crossing of the Great Northern Trail adjacent to County Road 45, and proactively enhance mobility for commercial and industrial traffic based on planned growth in the area. These improvements will allow freight traffic, passenger vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists to travel through the intersection more safely and efficiently. Construction will begin in June 2019.
