Lake Avenue construction project will include a full reconstruction of the existing street from CR 39 to Fairlakes Avenue.  The existing street will be removed and replaced with a new concrete street section.  New sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer will be installed as part of the project.  The construction will be staged to allow for local traffic to access the existing properties on the project.  A detour will be set up for through traffic to use Woodland Avenue and Albion.  The construction will begin in early June with a substantial completion date of November 2025.
