Project Overview

The City of Houston and Houston County are partnering on a construction project to improve County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 13, also known as Spruce Street and Grant Street, through town. Construction is scheduled for Summer 2025. Please reference the map below:

Red areas will be repaved only with other minor repairs at intersections.
Blue areas will be fully reconstructed, including replacement of pavement and underlying base, storm sewer, watermains, sanitary sewer, and private service line piping.
