The City of Little Falls, in partnership with MnDOT, is proposing to replace the current traffic signal at the Highway 27 (1^st Avenue NE) and 18^th Street NE intersection with a roundabout. In late 2022 and early 2023, the City conducted a study to identify the most effective traffic control solution for the intersection. A roundabout was identified as the most effective intersection control to support current and future traffic volumes and improve the safety of drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians.
