Overview
Overview
The 140th Street improvements consist of street, aggregate base, sidewalk, driveway and storm sewer replacement from 240th Avenue to Hill Avenue. The street will be removed in segments to minimize access impacts to residents. During working hours active construction zones will have limited access. Following pavement removals storm sewer will be installed, the street will then be excavated and subgrade soils prepared for placement of aggregate base material. Following placement of aggregate base, driveways will be ramped in and access will be temporarily restored prior to starting on next segment of construction. Paving will be done following completion of all storm sewer and road base at a later date this summer. Notice will be provided as construction progresses and conditions onsite change.
