Project Overview
The City of Plainview is planning the construction of the 2023 Street & Utility Improvement Project, which will consist of the full reconstruction of street and utility (sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer) infrastructure in the following areas:

- 2nd Avenue NW between 10th Street NW (CSAH 8) and North Wabasha Street (TH 42)
Construction is planned for the summer of 2023 & 2024
