What is the Project?

The City of Spring Valley has been evaluating infrastructure systems throughout the city and is moving forward with a street improvement project in the fall of 2023 as part of an on-going effort to improve and maintain infrastructure.

The 2023 Street Improvement Project will consist pavement improvements, concrete curb & gutter, and minor stormwater construction along Territorial Road, Broadway Ave N, and an alley. See project location map below for more details.
