Proposed Improvements
- Full street reconstruction with subsurface drains
- Bituminous street restoration
- Concrete street restoration
- Concrete driveway aprons and curb & gutter
- Concrete sidewalk along North Broadway
- Replace sanitary sewer mains, pipes and manholes
- Replace watermain, hydrants, and valves
- Replace water and sanitary services to property lines
- Replace storm sewer mains, pipes, manholes, and catch basins
