Holtmeier Construction will be moving their equipment in on Monday, July 22^nd.  Weather depending, they will begin pavement removals on 5^th Avenue from 1^st Street SW to TH 109 (1^st Street NW) on Tuesday, July 23^rd.  Residents on these two blocks: Please have your vehicles out of your driveways and parked on a side street or an alley by 7 am Tuesday morning.  An update will be sent out if Holtmeier gets delayed and cannot make it on Tuesday.

After pavement removals are complete, Holtmeier will begin underground construction.  At that time, 5^th Avenue from 1^st Street SW to TH 109 (1^st Street NW) will be closed.  Holtmeier will make an attempt to restore access back to your driveways when possible, but please be aware that there will be many times when maintaining residential access to driveways at the end of the day is not possible.
