Project Updates – July 24, 2024

Construction for the Irene Avenue SE, Augusta Avenue SE, and Mary Avenue SE Improvement Project is complete. The contractor has completed additional topsoil and seeding throughout the project area. Residents are responsible for continued maintenance of their lawn. Please refer to the Newly Seeded Lawn Maintenance Guide for turf establishment best practices.

Sump pump services were provided as part of this project. Residents with sump pump lines are encouraged to connect to the sump pump services to eliminate water discharge to the street. A stake labeled “Sump Pump Service” was placed at the location of your service. If you have any questions regarding the location of your sump pump service or how to connect to it, please contact Mitchell Lease.
