2024 improvements (Phase 1) will include 3rd Avenue from 9th Street to 11th Street.

Status updates will be posted to the website as the project moves forward.

3rd Avenue (9th Street to 11th Street)

• All major street and utility improvements are complete.
• 3rd Avenue has been opened for vehicle traffic use.
• There will be a temporary closure in a few weeks to complete the centerline and parking stall striping.

4th Avenue (9th Street to 11th Street)

• Reconstruction will begin in early Spring 2025 as weather permits.
