PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project includes the reconstruction of 1st Ave S and 2nd Ave S between 2nd St W and County Road 45 along with 3rd St W between Fremont Ave and 2nd Ave S. Underground improvements consist of watermain replacement and the addition of storm sewer. Alleys would also be paved at no cost to neighboring properties.
