Leland Parkway Improvements Updates

After today, ICONs concrete crew will be finished with concrete driveways and sidewalk in Phase 3. Starting tomorrow morning, Ulland Brothers will be grading gravel in Phase 3 in preparation of paving on Friday. It is not yet known, but paving may occur on Saturday as well. Paving will also be taking place on Monday and Tuesday next week. Starting tomorrow morning all of Phase 3 will be closed. Residents can still park on the street in front of their houses at night. However, starting tomorrow we kindly ask that residents have their vehicles off from the street from 7 a.m until 7 p.m. This will last until paving is complete.
