Leland Parkway Improvements
Project Objectives
- Improve safety, reliability and decrease maintenance
- Improve street surface and drainage conditions
- Replace deteriorating infrastructure
- Improve pedestrian and bicycle facilities
- Mitigate flood impacts east of former railroad tracks
Proposed Improvements
- Street reconstruction – 32’ F-F curb and 45 mph
- Replace driveway aprons and concrete curb and gutter
- Pedestrian/bike trail
- Replace water and storm sewer infrastructure
- Roadway profile change to mitigate flood impacts
