North Sailor Street Project Updates

Holtmeier has finished the majority of punchlist items on the Sailor Street project. Final paving operations are expected to take place on Monday, June 15 through Wednesday, June 17, weather permitting.

A few notes regarding paving:

Patch work, milling, and street cleaning will occur on Monday in preparation for final paving. To perform this work, we kindly ask that all vehicles are off the streets on Monday.
Final paving will occur on Tuesday and Wednesday. All vehicles need to be off the streets and out of driveways if you need to leave from 7 a.m. to approximately 7 p.m.
If the paving crew does not finish on Tuesday, they will be back on Wednesday to complete paving.

Many residents have been watering and mowing your sod. With the summer temperatures that we have been seeing, it is important to cut your grass higher than normal. Starting on Monday, June 15, it will be the homeowners responsibility to water their sod. The contractor and inspector will be walking around to take a look at the sod next week.
