Tree removal and stump grinding have officially wrapped up in the Riverside Heights development. Holtmeier will now begin moving equipment to the neighborhood in preparation for underground and grading work. Holtmeier plans to begin grading work on the proposed pond area and installing the lift station next week. This work will not affect access within the neighborhood; however, please be mindful of construction traffic in the pond area.

Bolton & Menk staff will be on-site tomorrow painting out the pavement removal areas within the neighborhood. Please do not be alarmed when you see the removal markings, as pavement removals are not planned to begin for a few weeks. More updates will be provided as the contractor finalizes the schedule.

The trees scheduled for removal have been marked, and the tree subcontractor will begin moving equipment on site to prepare for the work. Tree removal is expected to start on Monday, June 1st. During this time, access may be intermittent. Please park vehicles safely and out of the work area while the work is underway.
