All sanitary sewer and watermain installations, including individual sanitary and water services, have been completed. Storm sewer construction is nearing completion, with only a few remaining catch basins left to install.
Aggregate base has been placed on Main Street, south of the railroad tracks. The concrete crew is scheduled to arrive on Monday, June 1, to prepare the roadway for paving, with the goal of concrete paving by the end of the week.
While the concrete crew works south of the railroad tracks, Holtmeier will continue preparing Main Street north of the tracks for aggregate base installation. During this phase, please expect uneven or rough surfaces. However, the gravel sidewalk providing access to local businesses will remain open.
