The contractor will be moving traffic control items into the project area in the next few days. Construction is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 27^th with the closure of Blue Earth Avenue at Prairie Avenue. All through traffic will be detoured onto 4^th Street for east/west traffic and onto Park Street for north/south traffic on Prairie Avenue. Limited two-lane traffic will be allowed through the project limits for resident and business access during this phase of the project. See the figures below for more information about the project.
