Project Summary

WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT?

The project involves street and utility reconstruction improvements including storm sewer, watermain, and sanitary sewer replacement along 7^th Ave S, between Mainstreet and 2^nd St S. The project also includes the pavement rehabilitation of 6^th Ave S from Mainstreet to 2^nd St S and the following areas away from the main project site:

• • 2^nd Ave S from 5^th St S to Nine Mile Cove
  • 7^th St S from 2^nd Ave S to Hwy 169
  • 10^th Ave N from Mainstreet to 1^st St N
  • 1^st St N from 14^th Ave N to 8^th Ave N”

A map of the project area is shown below. The project will be constructed over the summer of 2022 by the City’s Contractor.
