Sod on Phase 1A next week!
Work Completed Week of July 22
- Topsoil and retaining wall installation on Phase 1A
- First layer of asphalt was paved on Phase 1B & Phase 3A
- Grading behind the curb for sidewalks on Phase 1B
- Sewer and water services completed on Phase 2
- Storm sewer installation began on Phase 2
Work Anticipated Week of July 29
- Sod installation on Phase 1A
- Sidewalks on Phase 1B to be poured later in the week
- Turf restoration on Phase 3A
- Utility work will be finished on Phase 2
- Road excavation to begin on Phase 2 later in the week
- The asphalt alley pavement between 6th Ave N and 7th Ave N, north of Mainstreet, will be removed in preparation for a new concrete sidewalk to connect the two streets
