Phase 1B Schedule Change to start Utility Work next week!
Week of May 20
- Temporary Water Connections and Utility Work will now start on Phase 1B starting next Tuesday May 22.
- The Contractor was able to move up their schedule to start this work before the Memorial Day weekend.
- Temporary Water Connections will occur on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week throughout Phase 1B.
- Utility work, including watermain and sanitary sewer, will begin on the 300 block of 7th Ave N on Wednesday, May 22.
Attention: On street parking will no longer be available on Phase 1A and Phase 1B during the working day. Working hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. Also, please refrain from driving through the construction zone as much as possible, road closed to thru traffic signs have been installed to deter unnecessary traffic driving into the construction zone.
