The project design has been finalized and the project team is now preparing bid documents for potential contractors. Currently, bid opening is tentatively scheduled for March 2025 with plans to host another public open house in spring 2025 once a contractor has been selected. This open house will share detailed information about the construction schedule and access routes.
Construction is expected to begin in May 2025 and extend through November 2026. Review the detailed construction staging information below and review the final project layout here.

Noise Wall Voting Results
A noise barrier analysis was conducted three locations met the necessary requirements to be considered for noise walls. In accordance with noise regulations, a public vote involving the affected parties was held last month. The votes have been tallied and the results are as follows:
- The west wall and northeast wall will not be built.
- The southeast wall will be built.
