• The contractor installed a sanitary sewer manhole on Lakeshore Drive.
• Sewer installation began.

Upcoming Tentative Schedule (July 12 – July 18)

• Manhole adjustments will be made on Sunrise Drive.
• Pavement will be replaced on Lakeshore Drive in Okoboji.
• Lakeshore Drive is tentatively scheduled to reopen to traffic on Friday, July 17, 2026.
• 178th Street will have a temporary gravel surface until paving begins.

Summary of This Week’s Activities (June 21 – 27)

• Traffic control devices were installed on Sunrise Drive in Orleans.
• The contractor installed the sanitary manhole and sewer on Sunrise Drive.
• Services were reconnected and a tile repair was completed at the Sunrise Drive site.
• Minor grading operations at Sunrise Drive are planned for Friday, July 3.

Upcoming Tentative Schedule (June 28 – July 4)

• Gravel surfacing will be installed on Sunrise Drive, and the roadway will be opened to traffic.
• Traffic control devices will be installed on Lakeshore Drive in Okoboji.
• The contractor plans to begin sanitary manhole and sewer construction on Lakeshore Drive.
• 178th Street will have temporary gravel surfacing until paving operations begin.

• Sanitary manhole and sewer construction was completed at the Loch Knolls site.
• 178th Street will have temporary gravel surfacing until paving operations begin.
• Traffic control devices were removed, and 178th Street is now open to traffic.

Upcoming Tentative Schedule (June 28 – July 4)

• Traffic control devices will be installed on Sunrise Drive in Orleans, pending City approval.
• The contractor plans to begin sanitary manhole and sewer construction on Sunrise Drive.
• Due to the holiday, no work is planned for Friday, July 3rd.
