North 7th Street Reconstruction
The City of Lake City is undertaking a construction project to improve North 7th Street from Monroe Street to Grant Street. The project includes new street construction, an updated drainage system, and the addition of a trail on the east side of the road.
Competitive bids for this project were received and the project was awarded to Rochester Sand & Gravel from Rochester, MN on February 13, 2023.
See attached map for the project extents. Construction is planned to begin in May 2023.
