Phase 1 non-wear paving has been delayed to Friday, May 29. Innsdale Ave N south of 27th Street N will not be paved on May 29. A revised schedule will be provided once more info is available.

Phase 1 (Inwood Ave N, Innsdale Ave N, Imperial Ave N Cul-De-Sacs)

• The first layer of asphalt pavement is scheduled for Friday, May 29, weather depending. Click to see the flyer with paving information.
• Phase 1 mailboxes will be reset on Friday, May 29. If you have removed your mailbox from your yard, please return it to the project area as soon as possible.
• Asphalt driveway aprons are scheduled to be replaced beginning Monday, June 1. Work at the foot of your driveway may temporarily block access, but no full closures are planned.
• Week of June 1 – Phase 1 sod restoration is estimated to begin Tuesday, June 2, weather depending.

Phase 2 (27th St N, 26th St N, Imperial Ave South of 26th St N)

• A construction flyer has been distributed to Phase 2 properties. Click to view the construction flyer.
• Week of May 28 – Phase 2 mailboxes will be removed on Friday, May 29 and the temporary mailbox bank will be set up on Innsdale Ave N south of 27th Street. A temp mailbox location map is included in the construction flyer.
• Week of June 1 – Reclaiming of the remainder of Phase 2 streets is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, weather depending.
