Please note that Concrete Curb will begin in Phase 2 starting tomorrow, Friday, June 19. Concrete work is scheduled for Friday and Monday. Please see the Phase 2 update below for more information.

Phase 1 (Inwood Ave N, Innsdale Ave N, Imperial Ave N Cul-De-Sacs)

• Aside from minor project maintenance, the next major work for Phase 1 is the second layer of asphalt paving, tentatively scheduled for early July.

Phase 2 (27th St N, 26th St N, Imperial Ave South of 26th St N)

• Week of June 15 – Preparation for curb took place through Thursday, June 18.
• Concrete curb is scheduled to begin Friday, June 19, weather depending. Residents may park on 26th Street on June 19.
• Day one (Friday, June 19) of concrete placement will include 27th Street and Imperial Ave. No concrete work is planned for the weekend (Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21). Day two (Monday, June 22) will include 26th Street N and any remaining curb areas.
• Following concrete placement, residents will not be able to use the driveway for approximately five days. Residents may park alongside new curb but not cross it until the contractor provides access.
