Project Update – August 29, 2024

Work Completed This Week

• Sanitary sewer Construction at the intersection of Davidson and 292^nd St was completed
• Sanitary sewer service and water service construction on Stage C (292^nd St between Danel and Cooper) was completed
• Storm sewer construction at Dickman and 292^nd St was completed

Construction Work Next Week

• Sanitary sewer on Stage G (Dawson) is expected to begin. In coordination with the school, sanitary sewer construction for the time being will stop just past the school entrance on Dawson Ave.
  • After Stage B (292^nd St between Dickman and Danel) has been paved and access can be provided to Dawson Ave and Davisson Ave from 292^nd St, sanitary sewer construction on Stage G will continue
• Storm Sewer Construction in Stage C is expected to begin
• Street construction on Stage C west of Cooper Ave is expected to begin

Upcoming Construction Work

• Sewer construction on Stage D (292^nd St East of the railroad to Duncan) is expected to begin the week of 9/9
• Street Paving on Stage B is expected the week of 9/9

 News & Notes

• The primary access to the School for the next few weeks will be via Dickman to 290^th St and south on Davisson Ave. A link to an access map to the school can be found HERE

• Reminder: Dakota County is offering grants for sanitary sewer connection. To date the County has only received 3 applications. Applications are due by the end of 2024.
