Project Process
Dakota County and the City of South St. Paul hired Bolton & Menk, Inc. to help lead them through a preliminary and final design process for the Southview Blvd Project. This process will include many phases as outlined below. The conclusion of this work will be reconstruction of Southview Blvd and 3rd Avenue.

Public Open Houses
Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) Meetings
Dakota County and the City of South St. Paul invite interested citizens to participate in a series of two Citizens Advisory Committee meetings during the final design phase of this project. The purpose of Citizens Advisory Committee meetings is to gather input from interested citizens to help define HOW the project will be reconstructed in 2018.
The first Citizens Advisory Committee meeting was held on May 10, 2016. The second CAC meeting was held together with the BAC as a construction schedule and staging workshop in late September 2016.
Business Advisory Committee (BAC) MEetings
Dakota County and South St. Paul invite interested businesses to participate in two Business Advisory Committee meetings during the final design phase of the project. The purpose of the BAC meetings is to work directly with those closest to the corridor to help define HOW the project will be reconstructed in 2018. The first BAC meeting was held on May 10, 2016.
