Construction Staging

Construction will be build in 2 primary phases. Each phase will have sub-stages. The two main phases are:

Phase 1: Southview Blvd from 20th Ave to 12th Ave, 5th Ave to 3rd Ave, and 3rd Ave from Southview to Marie Ave.

Phase 2: Southview Blvd from 12th Ave to 5th Ave
